Interview
Started with a group interview, then a one on one interview afterwards, had team building exercises and to see what kind of person you are, afterwards the one on one interview was for successful applicants that had a more knowledge based and personality based quiz.
The interview was face to face and the interviewer was friendly. I was asked questions about my experience in previous roles and how my experience would align with their needs.
Very good interview. Timely and had feedback and well structured. Would be happy to work here. The interview questions were well thought through and relevant: the interview panel were also nice. Thanks for your time.
- had a group briefing on the task
- went to the shop floor to practice stacking shelves
- stacked shelves for a bit then got the opportunity to ask questions as a group
