In person interview, they ask 4 questions mainly personality based and also some work related ones. They then tour you around the store, and you get to meet some colleagues

Group interview with around 10 people, asked to sell a product and create a quick advert for it in a group. Was invited to a 1-1 interview a few days later and then offered the job.
