Interview
So once you do an online application you are asked to do an online assessment. After that you get called for an interview. I got a call and were asked if I still interested and do the interview today. On the interview I wasn't asked many questions we just chat about any previous work experience I had, which university I am going to.
Smooth, it was a group interview, they asked us for availability and showed us around the store and we had tell each other about ourselves. Then we got the job the induction was from 9-3
Asked questions relating to what you currently do in terms of work or education. Shown and given the chance to participate in a pick walk. No preparation needed before hand.

Are you currently employed and if so, what is the notice period?
The interview process was quick, easy and very informal, they asked me to tell them a bit about myself and then they described the role in more detail and then at the end of interview they asked me if I wanted to have the job.
