It was straight forward. Felt comfortable to answer the question even though i was nervous at the start of the interview. the group take was very interesting and easy.

Easy and straight forward, online situational test first which is easy to follow and understand. Then in person interview which only lasted about 5-10 minutes explaining availability. Then have an induction day walking you through how the shop works and what you'll be doing.
