I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ASDA (Birmingham, England) in Oct 2022
Interview
Unneccessary and time consuming. Interviewed me for 3 hours and asked me to create an advertising campaign for a part time job wherein my responsibilities included stocking of supplies. The managers are not supportive and response time takes ages.
I interviewed at ASDA (Bilton, Yorkshire and the Humber, England)
Interview
The interview process you just go to front desk and say you’ve got a interview then they come down and get you then you go up and have a chat for a about 10 minutes and that’s it
The interview process at ASDA is designed to assess your suitability for the role and the company culture. It typically begins with an application review, followed by a brief telephone screening. Successful candidates are then invited for a more in-depth interview, which may include practical assessments or group exercises. The aim is to understand your skills, experience, and how you would contribute to their team. ASDA strives to ensure a fair and transparent evaluation for all applicants.
Initial interview followed by a team day session with activities / team work.
Relaxed environment felt more like a day to get to know people and to learn about the business. Some tasks required thought but nothing too onerous.
