Interview
Most people had a group interview process. I had a phone call after I applied for the job asking numerous questions. After said phonecall they rang me again after 5 minutes and offered me the job.
In person interview, they ask 4 questions mainly personality based and also some work related ones. They then tour you around the store, and you get to meet some colleagues
Good, thorough process, seemed like a nice culture and the manager was well informed. Process felt fair and I was put at ease throughout by the interviewer. It was a good experience
