Group interview to see how you work as a team. We were split into groups and had to make an object out of balloons and straws. Then someone had to take the lead to advertise and sell their item to the rest of the groups.
Fairly straightforward, just asked about me and then work experience I had done, a few tell me a time questions then they took me round the shop for an activity

Interview
Very short was only asked about myself no real interview style questions however i did not end up getting the job they let me know via email wish i got a better chance as the interview lasted less than 10 minutes
It was an easy interview process for me, they explained everything very very clearly and lots of lots of help was given to arrange the times and dates of the calls and interview.
