Short, simple interview, and online test which is a bit harder. It was very informal and easy to get this job, despite having no delivering experience. The manager even helped on some of the online questions, but then actually got some wrong himself.

Applied on line last Friday 2Feb. Easy process. E mail on Sunday inviting me to Asda Magic on Friday 9th call on Monday to ask if I was available on Thursday 8th for Hazard perception test. On arrival did the test passed, and then taken in for a one to one interview. Arrived on Friday ice breaker introduce the person next to you, two groups of six and asked to make up a fun advert on a random product. Taken out for a road test and on arrival back was offered a position right away.

Stock questions : talk about a time when you provided customer service which was above and beyond ? Talk about a time when you had an irate customer and how did you deal with them
Easy to join, simple online assesment then a interview which was just a induction day, then i had the job, then a few days later in the van and was on my own

group class room sessions. shop floor meet and greet tests with customers, and one to one interview with manger. Also some written memory tests learning about Asda`s policy`s and rules.
