I was invited to a magic session where 8 of us turned up. The collegues were really friendly and helpful. We watched a 6 minute video and then did an ice breaker where we introduced the person next to us. Questions like, why do they want to work for Asda and which country do they want to visit. We then filled out some forms about availabilty and ideal job and did a group exercise of making a 3 tier structure from marshmallows and spaghetti. We then seperated into groups and had 1-2-1 interviews and went out onto the shop floor. It was all really fun.
