First stage interview - They asked me questions about my experience and it felt more like a conversation. The process was also very quick but they didn’t provide feedback after the interview.

Easy and straight forward, online situational test first which is easy to follow and understand. Then in person interview which only lasted about 5-10 minutes explaining availability. Then have an induction day walking you through how the shop works and what you'll be doing.
