Was very easy, lovely interviewers. Causal and not scary! took place face to face, ask star methods, what I knew about the business. Provided me with additional feedback and guidance for future jobs (if I didn’t get the one they interview for)

two stage process including a presentation, questions and answers to follow. Then section on competencies and experience. Also about asda main challenges facing the sector and for the role. Interviewed by manager and director.
