The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ASDA in Mar 2022
Interview
I applied online, went though the screening process, I think a few weeks went by and then I was contacted by one of the managers to come in for a in person interview. Accoring to the mangers there was supposed to be more turning up but only like 5 people showed in the end. Honestly, I fought I was in the clear there was two older ladies and scruffy lad that looked like he hit the hiring age (16+).

Interview
I applied online and was sent 2x multiple choice assessments. The first was statements about you as a person and how you work and you had to mark 1 option that you most agreed with and 1 that you least agreed with. The second assessment was based on scenarios which may happen in the role and you have to mark which action you would most likely and least likely take.
