One group interview where your asked a few common sense and safety questions. Very easy to do. Then some videos about the job that you will be specifically doing along side some questions on that video. Finally your taken down to the store to have a wuick trial run at the job.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Name a time in which you provided a service in a job or non job setting.
when i went for my interview the questions were fairly easy, it was a chilled out atmosphere and it doesn't last too long. don't be too nervous about a asda interview
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ASDA (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in Sep 2020
Interview
Very informal. After I’d applied online through Indeed/their website, it took 3 months to hear anything back. I got a random call from the home shopping manager and was essentially told I’d been hired, what hours could I work etc and then to bring paperwork in on a selected day. Turned up in a polo top, jeans and smart shoes, other candidates barely made any effort and all of us were still selected. Just sat in a room with the group, read over terms and conditions, filled paperwork out, had some videos to watch about health and safety, etc. had a tour of the shop floor and brief discussion about the job role itself.
