ASDA interview questions

It vaguely resembled a group interview. After explaineing some values nd basic information about the company, we were grouped in numbers of 3 or 4 with the people you were sitting with. You were then taken to the shopfloor where you went through a few aisles and asked for anything you noticed. An example was that on the labels, the price was in bold so customers would notice thi first.

Fairly simple application process, consists of 2 online tests. If you are successful in this, you will be called by the store manager and given some screening questions, then offered a place at a group interview. The group interview ended up being pretty great, definitely one of the best I've been to. There was a lot of information about the role and I found being able to try stacking the shelves very beneficial for getting a feel of the job. The manager conducting the interview was very friendly. Unfortunately this is where the good news ends. Despite being told I would be told the results in a "week or so", it has now been 3 weeks with zero communication from the company so I have got the impression that they have either chosen not to or forgotten to inform me. While I am still holding out for some news (either good or bad), it has given me a very negative impression of the company and the respect it shows its workers.
