Online tests followed by casual interview with manager, this was then followed by a group selection task with 10 other applicants, of which 2 were offered a job. Another interview with a manager of the department you applied for was then done before being offered a contract

Applied online and called in for induction. No questions asked really. Driving risk assessment carried out on a computer called Drive Tec. Easy to pass if you don’t have points on your license

Very good. Relaxed atmosphere. not too corporate. Had a one on one interview and a group session with roleplaying. Then we were taken on a tour of the store. Management were friendly and the whole experience was good.
