ASDA interview questions

Group interview - we separated off in pairs and had to answer questions. Then we had individual interviews with a staff member. We were asked questions about our personality and then our job history.

Group style interview, with workshops including written questions/answers and then one to one interviews. Competency based questions, over all was relatively relaxed atmosphere, and I felt at ease with the whole process. Everyone was very friendly.
