ASDA interview questions

An assessment day which involved group tasks. We had to discuss questions in a small group and present back to the whole group. We had to complete a task on the shop floor and then present to the rest of the group. A one on one interview next day then job offer.

Got an interview over a month after applying for the job. It was in person (which I thought was odd considering the circumstances), with one person. It was basically just me signing documents and questions about availability. It was a very weird interview as no typical interview questions were asked. After 10 minutes I was told to expect a call from them within a week letting me know the outcome of my interview, despite having not been asked any interview style questions. My interviewer also had a mobile phone call mid-interview.
