Interview
A very quick process. I had a telephone call to say I had an group interview the next day. Then I had a 1-1 interview with one of the night managers, explaining the job duties in detail and asking me questions on why I wanted the role. After the interview I had a 1 hour trial, where I was able to shadow a retail assistant on the shop floor.

Was lengthy went on for about an hour, not overly bad,made me feel comfortable. I applied for the job like 2 weeks ago an they called me a week later asking if I was free to go in, I had to wait at customer service for abit of time but it was okay, at first I was sat waiting for the manger but then it all went fine.

Telephone interview, then invited to a 'have a go hour' A section leader takes you through life as a colleague and shows you the ropes while a manager watched you and your progression and how you interact.
