ASDA interview questions

Very friendly interviewer, made me not feel nervous. Asked several questions about me and then some standard interview questions like what would I do to improve asda sales and what would I change

I attended a group interview at first. About 20 of us completed a range of tasks while some management watched over us and assessed our performance. At the end of the session (a couple of hours) we were told we would be informed of the outcome. Later that week, I was invited back for a one-on-one interview. At which point I was kept waiting for 25 minutes in the staff break room with no indication of how long I would be kept there. I was then asked some very basic/standard interview questions and told to have a "trial shift" which involved tidying the shelves for 30 minutes without supervision. A few days after this I received the call telling me I had the position.
