ASDA interview questions

The process took a few weeks for them to invite me onto an “Asda Life Assessment” interview. There was only one day to choose but luckily I was available. I got to the store, and they took our passports to make sure that we had right to work. They then asked us to fill out a form with availability. We were then taken into the shop floor and given two tasks, one was being talked through the process of purchasing on the self service and one was picking 2 items from the shelves and pitching them to two managers. They then took us back to the room, asked for feedback and said that they would call if successful. I have not yet heard anything back but I am feeling hopeful. No formal interview whats so ever, just trying to get an inside into us as people. Edit: I did not get an offer. They did not call me and waited 2 weeks to send me a very bogstandard rejection email with no improvements (that they claimed they would include). Overall time wasting and pretty annoying as I spend a lot of money to get there.

Not to difficult all interview dates and times were given by email . Given date and time group of around 10 -20 people were there .Introduction of ourselves , put in pairs to ask question about one another than tell everyone . By using straws as a team we had to build a tower . We than all filled in uniform detail and sizes questions were asked regarding the company .
