The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ASDA (Norwich, England) in Feb 2017
Interview
I was invited to a group interview with three other applicant. We fist had to fill out a coupe of documents with what hours we were available and where we would prefer to work in the store. Then we were told to find out everything about there person sitting next to us and then to tell the others in the group what we had found out !! Finally in our pairs we had to make a tower of some kind out of marshmallows and spaghetti and link it to Asda and then explain it to the other pair!! Finally we all had to do a individual interview, it wasn't really a interview just a chat, the only question he asked was why Asda .... He then offered me the job and said they would be in contact with a date for the induction within the week

Normal questions such as why you want to work for ASDA, along with the past experience that you have.
The process itself is quick, remember to look through your CV etc. They have a couple of interviewers and a couple of people who also applied being interviewed. A simple enough process and if you use your common sense then you are alright.

1. You was split into pairs and had to listen to your partner and relay information about him.
2. Build a kingfisher from lego as a team. Only one person could look for only 3 seconds and then relay this information back.
