ASDA interview questions

In person interview, they ask 4 questions mainly personality based and also some work related ones. They then tour you around the store, and you get to meet some colleagues

Swot analysis presentation and then asked me about teamwork questions. Tell me about yourself, example of getting feedback and how you changed it for the better, they rang to tell me the outcome of the interview even though I didn't get it.
