I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ASDA (Straiton, Scotland) in Mar 2024
Interview
Felt a bit rushed and I didn't really feel like they had time for me. We interviewed in what was more like a cupboard/stock space than an interview room, and the questions were very much like the online questionnaire, random tick box questions it felt were designed to weed out those who are less likely to be blindly compliant to unreasonable management demands, or think for themselves.

Question 1
A customer asks for help finding an item in the store, but you don't know as it's not your department. How do you respond?
In depth, and team based games. Pretty good way to find out if people will work together effectively. It was a tad long and nothing like you're bog standard interview
The process is simple and straightforward, focusing on the basics to help you succeed. It’s designed to be easy; for me, it only involved two quick stages. Very glad I went ahead, highly recommend
