ASDA interview questions

Group project with a one to one interview held online. Questions were basic optometry interview questions that were straightforward. Interview lasted around one and a half hours including the group project and the single interview.

Group interview followed by a 1-to-1 interview. Group interview involved ice breakers, role play scenarios, and team activities. Invited to a 1-to-1 interview at a later date. 1-to-1 interview consisted primarily of competency-based questions.
