ASDA interview questions

Split into 4 parts, *Online questionnaire, *Group interview which included a Team building activity of building a tower out of marshmallows and spaghetti and generally learning about the company - at this point we had to fill in what our preferences would be in terms of roles. *Shop floor exercise of bringing items forward on the shelves *Personal interview

3 rounds, one team building. At Asda HQ, team interview very informal and fun! Had to work in a team to create a tower of straws. Telephone interview to start, simple HR based questions and not technical.
