Online competency questions In person interviews, this is done in a group role play, games, watching a video and completing a test and 1 to 1 interview. Quite laid back and fun mostly. Also take you onto the shop floor to test you out.

Easy interview - talked through a lot of scenarios and how I would approach them - interviewer was nice and didn’t feel too formal was a nice atmosphere - not too much pressure
