ASDA interview questions in Leeds

After initial chat with hiring manager, there were two formal stages; one over Zoom and the other in-person with a task. There was time dedicated to building rapport and making me feel at ease and the questions and task were considered and meaningful for the role and level and we had plenty of time.

There were 2 interview stages. The 1 stage was with senior buyers. They asked generic questions, going through the CV. The 2nd stage was with the buying manager. They asked more in depth questions relating to past work experiences
