The interview was over the phone, it was a casual chat. No major in depth questions asked really. It was very quick, straightforward call. No awkward interview questions asked. Very easy interview.

Apply online, wait a while with no confirmation, get called for a (very brief) phone discussion and be asked to come in within the week for an in-person interview. At the in-person interview have no actual questions asked of you, just provide right to work documents. One day get asked to come in for induction the next morning.
