Easy and smooth process but they will select people based on their likings not based on whatever they ask in te interview. If manager is good , liked the person and feels okay they will hire you.

The whole interview felt very rushed! It lasted less than 10 minutes and the interviewer mainly stuck to generic questions. I didn't get a chance to delve deeper into my skills or experience, and I'm left wondering if this brevity is a sign they're not that interested or if it's just their usual interview style.
