ASDA Section Leader interview questions

Was told to come in for an interview with a manager, turned up she scanned my driving licence, said I had the job and that they’d be in contact when I was on the system. A few days pass and I ring as they’ve made no contact, get told that I have the job only to be contacted again a few hours later and told that there was a mixup and someone else had got the job. I didn’t even get asked any questions in my interview, she literally scanned my ID, told me she’d see me soon and that was it. Assuming that someone was actually interviewed and as a result received the job, extremely unfair.

Two formal interview the final with the store manager and hr. then final stage was to spend a day on the job and see if you liked it and if so provide the feedback to the relevant manager
