Interview
The interview was conducted by two store managers, in which they ask a series of pre-printed questions. The questions are pulled from an internal system. They range from what you do to assist counterparts on a regular basis to asking what your most difficult customer interaction was and how you handled it.

Interview
STAR questions by panel review. Interview lasts approximately one hour to an hour and a half, but could take longer based on panel interest. There are usually at least five to six other candidates interviewing for the same position.

Interview
Be prepared for mostly situational questions if it is your first ASM interview. Situation/Action/Result. Management will look for specific and detailed answers. Be prepared with how you will influence store rankings. Be able to talk about your strengths/ weaknesses. Most interviews will be with two managers and the area manager. Be enthusiastic and smile!
