Had two rounds of behavioral questions, then a final call where I had to sell them their product. Lasted about a month before a final decision was made. Overall a good experience, although I would have appreciated more feedback.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T
Interview
Fairly easy. Just show high energy and enthusiasm, and do the studying on the products they give you. Look up "consultative sales" online and ask lots of prying questions to be able to potentially pitch a product.
I applied online. I interviewed at AT&T in Mar 2019
Interview
The interview process was fairly easy. Mostly behavioral questions and learning more about the company. Half of the interview was spent going over how the program works and the placement process. Very upfront and open about salary and benefits.
