Interview process was good. Transition was easy. Understood role and job duties associated with role. Did a great job explaining the job and expectations. Strong interviewer asking questions. Did good job.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Davenport, IA) in Sep 2020
Interview
When I first applied I had to do an assessment and then they later contacted me to do a recording of myself answering some questions. Then a zoom interview was set up and then they emailed me an offer letter.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T in Jun 2022
Interview
My interviewer was great! Super friendly, open, and honest about the job. It is pretty much a sales position, but they were very upfront about that. They are very transparent every step of the way before and after the interview. The whole thing lasted about 45 minutes; asked basic interview questions, situational questions, questions about my process, and how I'd go about certain things. It is a WFH position, so there were questions about proper equipment and how I stay focused and engaged with others in a solitary position. Then there was a two-part role play; one more about customer service and one more focused on sales. I felt really good after the interview and about a week later I got the conditional offer, and then about a week after that (and doing all the background and pre-onboarding stuff) I got the firm offer and start in a month!
