AT&T CSR interview questions

Joining the company is based on passing a technical rest, language test and a final interview that includes a roleplay. Each of the steps requires around 40 minutes of availability. The fisrt two are computer based tests and the last one is in-face interview and this includes the rolplay where you are troubleshooting a simple conectivity problem. You will be comunicating with very kind people which makes the whole process very easy going.
