Interview
There are two parts: a data entry part which must be passed to go on to the 1:1 interview. The data entry is simply a recorded voice telling you their name, and address, and you are to put that information into the appropriate fields. The second part is usually with one of the managers, where they ask you some STAR model questions and then have you sell them something, like a TV package.

Interview
The first interview is over the phone. They will ask general questions to verify you are a good fit for the company.
The second interview will be with the store manager and sometimes the assistant manager. These will be behavioral questions to see how you react in different situations.

Basic questions, it is a pretty quick interview. They make you feel comfortable and introduce you to some of the staff. It seems like they genuinely are trying to see if you like the environment and are a good fit.
