I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at AT&T in Feb 2012
Interview
First I interviewed on campus with a recruiter. He was nice and the interview wasn't bad. Just the normal behavioral questions. Then I was told that I got a second round interview, which was a webcam interview. It was really annoying because the webcam was laggy and it was uncomfortable. Again, it was just behavioral questions. I didn't get another interview but that one would have been at HQ. The program sounds really good though.

Question 1
Tell me about a time that you made a decision that turned out to be the wrong and what would you have changed?
Due to the pandemic, the first interview was virtual with one recruiter. There were behavioral questions as well as "What would you do.." questions asked. The interview lasted an hour long and you find out within a week if you have made it into the next right. There is a total of three rounds of interviews.

Couple of interviews, most of them behavioral. Very focused on identifying culture fit, as well as ability to take initiative within a large company. Screener interview with a recruiter followed by a longer one with the program director

Question 1
Q. How would you handle working with a unionized workforce?
I was contacted twice by a recruiter for my availability for a phone interview for the AT&T Leadership Development Program. I responded to the recruiter twice giving my availability. I never received any contact from the recruiter again. Very unprofessional.
