It looks to me like they are posting a bunch of positions they aren't hiring for just to stay busy. Cannot believe how much of a waste of time that entire experience was.

I was an AT&T employee at the time. Was interviewing with another department because my job was going away. The interview was smooth and I thought I would be offered a position. In the end however, the department I interviewed with received orders to freeze all new hiring.

Started with multiple interviews over the phone then transitioned to one in the store. They kept egging you on that you would get the job which discouraged you from looking for other jobs. They contacted me once a week for a month just saying they are still waiting for approval.
