Interview
One must take a test that goes over basic math skills, logic, and reading comprehension. The test is basic and you will either pass it or not depending on your test taking ability and all round intelligence. If you pass you will then get a in person interview with one of the managers at the yard. You will then take a physical as well as a drug screening.

Question 1
They will ask you about a time you had to resolve a conflict at work with a customer.
Easy going interview mostly background questions which could just be taken from the background report. Assume there is a ton of double checking background information. Overall though it was easy discussion since most of the time once you are called for the interview you pretty much got the job as long as your background clears and you fit the job description .
