Interview
The interview process was very streamlined and easy to navigate. I spoke with a staffing manager within 1 week of sending in my application online and had an interview within another week. The interview itself was very informative and both people I spoke with were very clear about the requirements for the job and expectations.

They asked questions regarding scenarios that you are likely to occur in the job. How would you deal with a coworker not wearing proper safety equipment, how would you handle a situation with a difficult customer, etc.

Interview
Simple process…took about 2 weeks to get hired. Selected from 3 candidates. Interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. Lots of paperwork after the offer and hiring process. Overall pretty easy process to get hired on at AT&T.
Recruiter asked me to pick a time slot. The hiring manager had multiple interviews that day. Pretty straightforward interview process. Asked questions about equipment experience and ability to work in all conditions.
