A recruiter called me about a PM position. I had the lst level interview with the recruiter, then was given a skills test on Excel. They wanted you to know advance Excel. They also start out by asking a series of questions about your previous experience. The Excel test was very hard.

Phone screen with HR before connecting with hiring manager. Once completed with HR there will be a face to face Behavioral based interview with hiring manager. A decision is made shortly thereafter.
