Interview
Akward interview procses since I interview for a position within a business area I had already worked for. Therefore, I was basically being interviewed to backfill for my very same position so all questions related to projects and examples of Product Marketing situations I experienced while I was employeed by the company.
Interview consisted of three different Microsoft Meetings meeting with and AVP, a Director and another AVP. It was mostly a behavioral interview type.

HM interviews you first, then takes notes for HR. 2 first round interviews for 2 different positions with same title, different teams. HR was never in contact after successful first rounds. No feedback. Role responsibilities may differ drastically with one size fits all position title.
