      Universal Agent Interview

      Aug 18, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at AT&T in Jun 2014

      Interview

I was interviewed by 3 managers at the same time. The questions would rotate amongst the three different managers and as long as you sound positive, emphasize that you work well with customers and work well in a team environment, you should be fine. It's a pretty high turnover job but that's because it's a college co-op so naturally people are in and out. The process itself took no longer than half a month. If you are looking for some money to make during college, this is the place to go. The job itself, it really depends on the individual. It's definitely not for everyone. I only stayed there for 3 months. Although the pay was great, but personally I didn't like the work itself.
