You will have three separate interviews, one with the HR manager over the phone, then the district manager and then one with the manager of the location you apply for.

Question 1
Most of the question would be focused towards you and how you would handle different situations that you will encounter as a sales rep.

Very detailed interview process, the manager Robin was tough. Throughout the process she gave me the toughest questions. I was called into the location to meet with her in person. We sat in her office and she was taking notes on what I was saying.

First interview was one on one. Second was a group interview. It was actually was really interesting. I have never had an interview like it. Seems to be a fun company to work for.
