Applied online. A couple weeks later I get a call from a recruiter wanting to do a phone interview. He got right in to asking me questions about my backround, wanting me to describe what I did in each job and how that related to customer service and sales. He asked me scenerio questions (What would you do...), also asked what my weaknesses where and what I've done to improve.

What are a couple of your weaknesses and what have you done to improve them>
2 zoom interviews, was supposed to be a third but got offer after second. Interviewers were young but seemed knowledgeable, kept talking about promotion potential. Also talked about team building activities such as minigolf.
The interview was quick. And the questions were easy and simple. It was me and two other people so not intimidating. I was offered a job. Interview questions did not require much thinking. Bring in a résumé it will help guide.

Zoom interview - had a lot of questions about past sales experience. Sounds like they were mostly looking for someone who could sell a lot of products and how to convince people to update
