AT&T interview questions

applied online, got a call from the store manager to set up an interview time and date. 1:1 interview with 2 managers, then if passed area manager will do a 2nd interview. If you passed that stage the Director will call you for a final interview.

I applied online and met with two assistant managers. After that went well, the store mgr called me for a phone interview. My advice would be to dress in business attire, show up early and ask tough questions such as "Why is AT&T better then Verizon?" The interviewers were dressed in business casual and seemed friendly. The office was unorganized which is typical in fast paced environments. The work culture revolves around the numbers not the customer. Everyone is trying to get promoted and won't allow just a good salesmen. You have to be great and cut throat.
