INTERVIEW OVER THE PHONE. THEN I MOCK CALL WAS MADE TO ME ALSO OVER THE PHONE. THE NEXT I CAME IN MET WITH THE HIRING MANAGER AND DID A COUPLE OF SIDE BY SIDES WITH THEYRE CURRENT REPS TO GET BETTER FEEL AND THEN SAT DOWN AGAIN WITH ANOTHER MANAGER AND REVIEWED MY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

Interview
It has been a long process of interviews for a growing company. It has gone down without any hastles but the proceess takes a lot of time. I hope that the offer is a great one and that I can move to another level within my professional carrer. I beleive that tis company is focused on the futere of telecomunications.

Interview
After the inital screening, several phone interviews were set up with various senior level managers who stated that theyt would be recommending me for the job. After the fianl interview with the hiring manager, he said that my candidacy looked good and I should expect to hear back from him in 2 to 3 weeks. When I called back in 4 weeks - he mentioned that the position was being filled by an internal candidate due to changes in the landline org.
