AT&T interview questions

Was supposed to do an in person interview but due to the circumstances, conducted a phone interview insisted. Phone interview consisted of a conference call involving 5 or so of the 2nd level managers in the company. Was a fairly straightforward interview where they asked behavioral-based questions and inquired to skill set and previous work experiences.

This was an internal move within AT&T. I was interviewing for a non sales position and coming from Sales. The interview was based more on internal AT&T knoledge of systems more than outside knowledge of telecom and your typical interview questions. I was able to use my inside knowledge to pass the interview.
