Interview
I filled the application out online, got a call to come to the first interview which was to see how well I do on a test on the phone system that is used to handle the calls from the customers, I passed it. I received in my hand a card with my next interview which was at AT&T customer services center. I was introduced to other workers and supervisors and managers. I had to wait to meet with the person that was to interview me. The interviewer met with me, asked about my past jobs, experiences with people. She said she will call me on Tuesday if I get the position or I will get a email if I didn't. I got the email. I just knew I had the position because I past the tests, the other people liked me and I am a people person. I still don't know why I didn't get the position.

Interview
I received a call from a screener and then was forwarded on to the Senior Recruiting manager. The initial screener was a little put off by the fact that I did not call her back immediately. My initial thought was that the screener was an outside recruiter and sounded like a telemarketer. When I had to reschedule with her a couple of times due to the fact that I was working full time and traveling every other week for my current job she was even more upset. When I finally spoke with the head recruiter he was very confident that ATT was the best place to work and did not understand why I would not be jumping at the chance to work there.

Interview
Resume Submittal, ATT Application Submittal, Background Check permission submittal, Drug test permission submittal, Schedule / Take Mechanical and Electronic aptitude test at regional test center, phone call from corporate recruiter, telephone screening interview with corporate recruiter (approx. one hour), face to face interview with area manager, job offer.
The skills assessment test was NOT easy.
