I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at AT&T (Middletown, NJ) in Dec 2024
Interview
Hackerrank OA. I was then invited to the technical round. I took the interview and felt very confident about my performance. I was told that I'd hear back after a week but there was radio silence for 3 MONTHS. I followed up with my recruiter multiple times only to be ghosted. There was no possible way for me to contact anyone to get an update. Fast forward to day and I was given a generic rejection at 12am on a Saturday with no feedback. Completely unprofessional process that kept people in the dark for far too long.

Question 1
Differences between local deployment and cloud deployment.
Only had to take short assessment to pass to interview stage. Very quick and easy questions, nothing thorough. Recruiter was very unenthusiastic about the process and seemed to just go through the motions

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AT&T (Kuala Lumpur) in Oct 2022
Interview
Tough questions. You must be prepared and confident. I recently interviewed for the Sales Representative position at [Company Name], and the process was thorough and well-organized. It started with a phone screening where they assessed my experience and sales approach, followed by a technical interview focusing on situational sales scenarios. The final stage involved an in-person interview with a live sales pitch, which allowed me to showcase my skills in real-time. Throughout, the team emphasized both technical abilities and cultural fit, making sure I aligned with their collaborative, results-driven environment. Overall, it was a challenging but fair process that gave me confidence in my fit for the role.
