I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2026
Interview
Applied online and received OA within a day. After passing the OA, I got an email 2ish weeks after inviting me to an online technical round which was very similar to the OA. Got ghosted afterwards
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at AT&T
Interview
One of the most embarrassing and truly unprofessional experiences I have ever been through. I went through 3 rounds of interviews including having me come on site (took a PTO day). I was told it was just myself and one other candidate. After the final interview I never heard back from the team. Never in my 35 years of life have I made it through a final interview and never heard back. It's not only rude, it's remarkably unprofessional. You're a recruiter and can't call a final round candidate back to tell him he didn't get the job? I can only image how poorly the department is run when the lead recruiter is afraid of calling candidates. Thankfully I was offered a much better position two weeks later. You should be ashamed of yourselves for the way you treat people. I reached out multiple times just for an update and was ghosted.
As part of the TDP program, the first technical step is a 3-hour online assessment conducted via HackerRank. It consists of 5 questions - 4 are LeetCode-style algorithmic/coding problems, and 1 tests basic understanding of REST APIs. You may submit your solutions in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
